Hi Andrew, I just returned from Limestone Lakes. The road is in good shape all the way to the trailhead. Ordinary passenger cars will have no trouble. Long dusty access though. There is a difficult ford of Joffre Creek right at the start, and it’s a bit confusing to find the correct trail after the ford.

Hi Andrew, thanks for checking out my post. I have no idea what the road condition currently is. However, when I was last there around 12 years ago it was passable for a 2×2 high clearance vehicle. It is a fairly long drive though on an unsurfaced road.
