Ning,
It’s on the north side of Highway 20. You can park right where you turn off the highway, or in the viewpoint parking lot at the end of the spur road. Liberty Bell Mountain can be seen from Blue Lake, but it is partially obscured. Hope this helps.

Beautiful photos. I like the meadows with mountain backdrop.
Regarding the location:
You mentioned “Right where the road to the overlook splits off Highway 20 you can see the open meadow. ”
You also mentioned that ” The meadows are the headwaters of State Creek” .
State Creek is at the north side of Hwy 20.

Is your location at the South of Hwy 20 or North? Where can we park?

Looks like you can’t not see Liberty Bell Mountain from anyplace along Bell Lake Trail or on the trail to Early Winters Spires. Is that right?

Hi Caroline, Sorry you missed it. Right where the road to the overlook splits off Highway 20 you can see the open meadow. There is no real trail, just some rough paths skirting the edge of the wetlands.
